The Italian theatre direction Romeo Castellucci has been concerned with tragedy as a genre for the entirety of his career. Through the work of his company, Societas Raffaello Sanzio, he investigates the origins of theatre (and specially tragedy – tragōidia, the song of the goat –) and establishes the key role of animals in the genesis of performance. - LOURDES OROZCO
